Please use the following instruction to add a Exchange Hosting Account.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Mail.
Click on 'Add' and type a new profile name. Eg. Exchange. Click on 'OK'
[You may skip this step if you do not have a email account configured to your PC] Under 'When starting Microsoft Office Outlook, use this profile" you may wish to set to 'Prompt for a profile to be used' if you currently have another email account in your outlook.
Once you click on 'OK' a popup box with appear.
Fill in the necessary that information that is required. For your username and password, please refer to the email subject 'Exchange Hosting Account Information'.
Click on 'Next' when you are done it will start to config itself.
When it's done, it will tell you that your email account has been successfully configured to use Microsoft Exchange.
