To add an SRV record, kindly use the guide below:
1. Login to your cPanel.
Using "_cmaconfig._tcp.xxx.sg IN SRV 0 0 443 prov.xxx.sg" as an example.
2. Once you have logged in, kindly look for "Zone Editor".
Click on "Manage".
You will see all the DNS record for the domain.
At the side of "Add Record" button, there is an arrow. Click on the arrow and choose "Add SRV Record".
3. An entry will appear and you will need to fill in using the following information:
For "Name field" textbox copy and paste "_cmaconfig._tcp.xxx.sg." (without the quotes).
For "Priority" and "Weight", kindly input the value 0
For "Port", kindly input "443"
For "Target", kindly input prov.xxx.sg
4. Click on "Add Record" when all is done and repeat for the rest of the entry needed.
